One of the rooms in our shared flat (Zimmer 3 on the floor map) will be available from October 1st (could be slightly before, to be arranged). The flat is available until the end of March 2027 as it will undergo some construction work.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room separated from the kitchen. There's a basement and an area to store bikes in the building. Charges (water, electricity and internet) are included in the listed price.
The tram stop Ueberlandpark is close by (700 m away), with the lines 7 and 9 that go to Central in 12 minutes and ETH/Universtitätsspital in 13 minutes. The bus lines 61 and 62 are also close by (100 m). Furthermore, to do your groceries there is a Coop supermarket 2 min away by walk.
The available room comes with furniture in really good condition that will be sold for CHF 350. It includes a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a bed, a desk, and an office chair.
The space taken up by the sports equipment in the living room will be cleared.

We are Emile, who'll leave, and Victor, who'll stay. Victor is 22 and is pursuing his master's degree in energy at ETH. He speaks French, English, Polish and Italian. He likes to read and is interested in history, books, and art.

The flat is managed by WFS (wohnräume für studierende). Therefore, you must be enrolled in a university as a student or PhD to rent the room. You will need a matriculation confirmation to sign the contract.

We are looking for someone who is open-minded, talkative, that ideally has some previous experience in shared flat and does not smoke.
