I'm subletting my room in a shared house from 01.12.2025 to 31.03.2026. Move-in date is flexible.
The cost of the room is 640 CHF/month, which includes all utilities except WiFi.
The room is in a house with a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom on the ground floor; and three bedrooms on the first floor; there is also a basement with a washing machine.
My bedroom is the largest and has also a small storage room.
The house is located in a calm part of Zurich (Dreispitz, 8050 Zurich) with good public transport connections (20min to ETH Zentrum and 30min to Hoenggerberg).
Grocery shopping and some restaurants are within walking distance.
You would be sharing the house with two roommates (22 F, from USA, studying Science, Technology and Policy MSc at ETH; and 22M, from Germany, 22M, studying Cyber Security MSc at ETH).
