We are looking for a new flatmate for our flatshare.
Big room (18 square meters), windows to the East, therefore lots of light, wooden floors and high ceilings. The room is unfurnished, but you could take over a bed and a shelf for free if interested. Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, heating). Added costs will be internet (less than 10 francs per month) and the Serafe tv and radio fee (roughly 50 per year). The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a shared terrasse, a big attic for storage, and a garden.

About us: We are looking for a sociable, open-minded person who enjoys living with an international group of people. To make sure you fit in well with the group, we’d like you to be about 25 or older, and a non-smoker in your daily life. We are all PhD students, so you’ll ideally fit in if you are also starting or doing a PhD (the landlord requires you to be employed by a Zurich university). We speak English in our WG. For practical reasons it would be great if you spoke good German, as well. If you are interested, please write a few sentences about yourself (including about these points) and your ideas of living together - we are then much more likely to invite you for a viewing :)
