Large room in an individual house. The room can only be rented by someone who fulfils the JUWO criteria. It is a flat-share with four other people (3m & 1f), aged between 27 and 29 year old, all architecture students at ETH (although there will soon be other people leaving). We sometimes eat together and like to chat in the kitchen but we all have our own lives which are quite busy. Move in date is ideally January 1st but the 15th is possible.

The neighbourhood has everything one needs and the house is full of character. The house is just for us with and we have our own garden. But it is also an old house, still heated with wood, which requires from us participation in regular maintenance and care of our sweet home :).

We are ideally looking for someone who's looking for long term accommodation. And we are looking for a proactive person that likes to keep its environment tidy. Apart from that, we're very open to all profiles, genders, ages, and we're very much looking forward to learn about you in your message!
