Description

Hello!

We are looking for somebody to take over the vacant room in our modern WG from January 1st, 2025. Your flatmates would be Andrew (English, German, Swiss German speaking), a software developer, and Ato (English, Dutch speaking), a consultant. We're all busy with our jobs, but we're always up for a chat when we're home together.

We're looking for another non-smoking, young professional to join us in our calm and relaxed apartment and are preferably looking for someone who isn't a full-time Master's or Bachelor's student.

The apartment is spacious and well-maintained, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, a covered balcony, a large living room, and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms even has a large bathtub as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet, but it's also well-connected to public transportation. You'll have easy access to Tram 2 (1 minute), Bus 80 (3 minutes), and Altstetten train station (8 minutes walk).

Plus, we hire a cleaning service every other week to keep the apartment tidy and comfortable. The gross rent includes the internet and the cleaning service.

The available bedroom is 14 m^2 and comes with a big wardrobe for clothes and additional storage in the foyer. Most equipment and furniture in the common space is shared amongst the flatmates and must be taken over. Our departing flatmate is looking for someone to take over the furniture in the available room. A full list is available on request, so please reach out to us as this is a must to get the room.

To be eligible for the apartment, you'll need to earn at least three months' rent, which will go directly into the deposit. Additionally, you'll be subletting the apartment for at least the first year, but you'll have the same legal rights as the main tenants with the sublease contract.
