I am subletting my furnished room in Altstetten for one month, from December 1st until January 4th. The flat is conveniently located in Altstetten, just 10 minutes on foot from the Bahnhof.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Mike (South African) and Ilka (German), both in their mid-twenties. We have a friendly and respectful flat dynamic — we sometimes cook or eat together, and everyone contributes to keeping the space clean and cosy.

As I’ll be returning to my hometown for the holiday season, I’m looking for someone responsible, tidy, and respectful, ideally not planning to move in with a lot of belongings, as some of my personal items will remain in the room.
• Rent: 980 CHF per month (charges included)
• Parking space: available for an additional 150 CHF
• Availability: from December 1st to January 4th
