Hello, I am subletting my room in a shared flat for two months (Available 15 May to 15 July, dates are flexible, but not possible for extension). Price is 1,100 CHF/month, including all utilities. Priority for someone who can to stay the whole two months or within that period (price negotiable).

My room is spacious, bright, and fully-furnished (size 17m2). You can use the fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are available in the building for free (share with other tenants but booking is easy). The flat is conveniently located in Albisrieden, with tram stop line 3 and bus stop in front of the building. It’s 5 mins to Albisriederplatz, 10 mins Bahnhof Wiedikon and 18 mins by tram to Zurich HB. Both Coop and Migros are only three minutes walk. You will share the place with Jonas (35yo, M) who works as an architect and also teaches at ETH Zurich.

We are looking for someone who loves cleanliness, tidy, and non-smoker. Pets are not allowed but you are welcome to bring your plants to put in the balcony if you wish. Tell us a bit about yourself in the message and I’ll get back to you! Thank you.
