Hello! My name is David, and together with Alexis, we’ve been enjoying this lovely apartment for over a year. Now, we’re looking for someone to take it over. This has been a WG (shared apartment) setup, and ideally, we'd love for the next tenants to keep it that way, giving you the opportunity to create your own community of two.
The apartment is fully furnished, and while the setup should mostly stay as is, some minor adjustments are possible. Alexis and I have been subletting from Remo, who has been renting this apartment for over eight years while traveling extensively. You’ll also be subletting from Remo, so most of the furniture is his.
This place has everything you need to move in and start enjoying life in Zurich right away!

About the Apartment

The available rooms are part of a bright, spacious, and cozy 3.5-room apartment with 71 m² of living space, located on the 4th floor with elevator access. From here, you’ll enjoy stunning views over Zurich and towards the Hönggerberg, breathtaking at any hour.
The apartment is fully furnished and designed for comfort. The dining area and large living room are perfect for hosting friends or relaxing. In the mornings, you can enjoy breakfast with the sunlight streaming through the dining area windows, and on weekends, the balcony offers the perfect spot for a sunny, leisurely brunch until sunset.

Small Room: 1320 CHF
We are looking to move out between December 1 and December 15.
