Room available in a 2-person Shared Flat in Zürich Alt-Wiedikon from 1st April 2026 or by agreement

As of 1st April 2026, a room will be available in a bright 2-person WG in Alt-Wiedikon, next to Zurich-Binz Station. You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Maria, a 29-year-old Spanish young professional. I am easy-going, with a healthy lifestyle and passionate about music, travelling, and meeting up with friends. Currently learning padel tennis. I can provide good restaurants/bars recommendations and I’m up for interesting and meaningful discussions :)

Ideally I am looking for someone tidy, respectful, non-smoker, young professional who has the right balance of sharing time together and having our own space. My boyfriend comes to visit me in Zurich from time to time so someone who feels comfortable with this or doesn’t spend all weekends in Zurich would also be a plus.

* The room for rent is approx 12m2, furnished (160x200 bed with storage, built-in wardrobe and additional Ikea wardrobe)

* Next to Binz-Zurich station and 5 min walk to Giesshubel train station and Laubegg tram/bus station.
* Denner and Lidl at less than 2 min walking distance and Coop and Migros at 5 min walk.
* Close to Evo Wiedikon/Enge gyms (15 min walk or 4 min by bike)

Rent:


* CHF 1'230 (including utilities, shared areas cleaning twice per month and internet)
* Deposit (kaution) of 2'000 CHF
* The rental period is 3-months starting 1st April (or by agreement) with possibility to extend upon agreement
