Hi there,

We are looking for someone to take over my room from February 1 2026 (long term). The room comes with a bed+dressing and everything for you to settle in right away for the common areas. Some pieces of furniture can be bought as well.

The flat itself is unusually spacious for Zurich and spread across three floors:
* Entrance floor: Bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen
* Upper floor: A cozy, bright living room of about 45 m², perfect for movie nights or just chilling.
* Top floor: Our private rooftop terrace, where we host occasional barbecues and parties.
We also have a dishwasher (true lifesaver) and a private washing machine (lifesaver part two).

Location — Alt Wiedikon:
3/4-minute walk to Giesshübel Bahnhof. From there:
* Zurich HB: 3 minutes
* ETH/UZH Zentrum: 15 minutes
* ETH Hönggerberg: 25 minutes
* And you’ll find everything you need nearby: Coop, Lidl, Migros, and Sihlcity.
Your future flatmates:
You’d be living with four wonderful people — Erica (27, Italian PhD student at UZH), Davide (24, Italian ETH master’s student), Elias (32, Swiss film editor), and Moritz (27, Swiss ETH master’s student). It’s a friendly wg where we enjoy spontaneous chats and try to have a group dinner at least once a week. The common language is English.
