I am subletting my room in Wipkingen from mid July to end of September.

The 12 square meter room is part of a 4-people WG.



There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and double sink.



There are 2 balconies, a cozy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.



The flat is 3 minutes by feet from Banohf Wipkingen (bus 33, 46, train s24).



In 9 minutes you can reach the river and Letten area.



The neighborhood is quite calm.



We are looking for a neat, responsible and friendly person to take over the room.
