You will share the apartment with two friendly male professionals in their 20s and 30s. The flat is in excellent, like-new condition and includes a shared kitchen and bathroom. Please note that there is no separate living room.
The location is extremely convenient: the Hölderlinstrasse tram stop is less than a minute away, with lines 2 and 3 providing direct connections to Stadelhofen, Bellevue, Zürich HB and the city centre. Coop Römerhof is around a five-minute walk away, and the Dolderbahn, cafés and restaurants are also nearby.

All bedroom furniture shown in the pictures is available for purchase. As I am leaving Switzerland, preference will be given to someone interested in taking over some or all of the furniture. Details and prices can be discussed separately.
