The building is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Zürich and yet reachable from the central station or university campus (ETH central, UZH) within around ten minutes by public transport. The current tenants are tidy and uncomplicated, looking for an equally tidy and reliable flatmate. Students or working people are welcome, ideally between 18 and 30 years, male or female.
