Description
Move in date is flexible from 1st of January on.
Location!
We're located just a quick 2-minute walk from both Hedwigsteig and Wetlistrasse, making it easy to get around town. We're also 10 minutes away by bike from ETH Zentrum, which makes it an ideal place for students!
Your room!
Your room is around 16 square meters in size and includes a window facing south. The flat is situated on the 2nd floor, it features a cozy living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room is a shared space where we sometimes hang out together or play a board game. Extra convenient are the dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer we have in the kitchen. We also have a shared rooftop area overlooking the city and lake. For bike enthusiasts, a garage is available for storage. If you're interested, you can take over the desk, bed and shelf from the previous tenant for 200 CHF.
The monthly rent for the room is 1200 CHF, with an additional 50 CHF for utilities. If you're interested in coming to see the flat, please let us know and we'll arrange a time that works for you.
Note: Please note that significant renovation work is scheduled for the building in the coming spring (April), so the flat will need to be evacuated around that period.
We are looking for:
We sometimes enjoy casual and friendly dinners together, but we don't host wild parties at home. We prefer to keep the flat clean and tidy, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.
About us!
You will be living with two amazing flatmates: Esbern and Theo. Esbern is a 28-year-old British and Danish guy who just finished his master's studies in energy science and soon starting a job in Zurich. He loves playing tennis, watching football games, and going on hikes. In the winter, he enjoys skiing, and every day he enjoys a good cup of coffee. He is also fond of exploring bars in Zurich. Theo is a 27-year-old French guy who is currently doing his PhD at ETH. He loves to cook and is always happy to share his culinary creations with his flatmates.
