Room description:

The room is ~14 sqm, has 2 large windows, parquet floor and original detailing on walls and ceiling. It is located in the quietest side of the house, as it does not face any streets but the backyard. The wardrobe, drawers and desk in the picture can be bought for a negotiable price. The room is available from 16 November until the end of June and can be possibly extended until the beginning of September.

The room is part of a 4.5-room shared flat, featuring 3 bedrooms, a nicely sized kitchen with a dishwasher and a table that seats 3 people, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, and a large living+dining room where we can easily host 10 people for dinner. The living room also has a balcony with sun during the morning and afternoon, and is very green thanks to several plants. Washing machine and dryer are shared with the rest of the building (3 other flats).

The flat is located in a beautiful area of Zurich, with public transports just 1 min walk (Hegibachplatz, bus 31/33, tram 11, S18), the Stadelhofen station 3 stops away by tram, and HB only 12 min by bus. Several supermarkets, shops, and the post office within 5 min walk. The Botanical garden is very close and the lake is 10 min away by foot.

The price is 800 CHF per month, and does not include extra expenses (internet and electricity mainly), which are shared as the bills come and amount to ~60 -80 CHF per person per month.

We are open and happy to have friends over for dinners where flatmates are always more than welcome to join. We like to think of our flat as very homey and expect you to feel the same way.
