We are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 3-person WG.

The Flat:

\- Total size: 97 sq.m.
\- Your room: 20 sq.m.
\- Shared washroom
\- Coop and Migros right downstairs
\- 5 minutes from China Garden
\- Rent: 1345 CHF per month
\- WiFi not included: + 20 CHF per month
\- Move-in date: 1 May 2026
\- Deposit insurance: 220 CHF per year
\- Take over room as one of the three main tenants

About Us:
You’ll be sharing the flat with two people.
One of them is a 28-year-old PhD student who enjoys dancing, swimming, and doing pottery. She is currently getting into strength training and usually likes to relax at home after an intense workday.
The other flatmate is currently moving in and is a PhD student at ETH Zurich.

We are friendly and social, but also respect each other’s personal space.
This is
not a purpose driven WG
— we value a calm, respectful, and comfortable home environment.

Whom we are looking for:

\- Strictly non-smoking
\- Working professional/Student
\- Age: 20s to mid-30s
\- Clean, tidy, and responsible
\- Social and respectful
\- Willing to share cleaning duties/pay for cleaning lady
\- Ready to take over as one of the main tenants
