The long narrow room, which is the quietest and darkest for light sleepers, currently has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and nightstand and sofabed that will be replaced with a Double bed (unless you want to bring your own bed or stay on the sofabed, then i'll discount one of the months of rent by the price of a bed).

The room with a balcony, which is more square, is currently empty, but t furniture can be moved. It is lighter. due to the balcony access and need to move furniture, it is 50CHF more expensive than the listed price. The room not chosen will become the study.

My desk, large monitor and webcam (pictures) can be used for WFH when i am not there. (I work in lausanne).
