The apartement is currently shared with another flatmate, Francesca, who is doing her PhD at ETH Zürich. The contract is for one year at the moment, with possibility to renew it at the end. The rent is 1300 chf, and the furnitures are to be bought (price to be discussed). The room is available immediately.

The location is prime, being close to the lake and to Stadelhofen, with public transport easily accessible.

Ideally, we are looking for a working individual between 24 and 30 years old with sufficient income to cover the rent and deposit.
