Hello! Two rooms are opening up in our WG starting August 10th and September 1st. Start date negotiable. We have a lively living group in the building (four shared apartments), who watch Tatort on Sunday evenings together and enjoy the occasional beer and BBQ on the back patio. The WG is centrally located, just a short 5 minute walk to HB. Living room and bedrooms get a lot of natural light. The flat was recently renovated and has new appliances.
Applicants who bring kitchen chairs are shortlisted ;)

One room has furniture (bed, dresser, and bookshelf) that must be taken over and another comes with no furniture.
House speaks both German/Swiss German and English.

The main tenant is German and a PhD student at ETH who loves to bike (a lot). He is in his early 30s and speaks German and English fluently.

Hallo! Ab dem 10. August und 1. September werden zwei Zimmer in unserer WG frei. Der Einzugstermin ist verhandelbar. Wir sind eine lebhafte Wohngemeinschaft im Gebäude (vier WGs), die sonntagabends gemeinsam Tatort schaut und gelegentlich Bier trinkt und auf der Terrasse grillt. Die WG liegt zentral, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr hell. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über neue Geräte.

Bewerber, die Küchenstühle mitbringen, kommen in die engere Auswahl ;)

Ein Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Kommode und Bücherregal), das übernommen werden muss, das andere ist unmöbliert.

Im Haus wird sowohl Deutsch/Schweizerdeutsch als auch Englisch gesprochen.

Der Hauptmieter ist Deutscher und Doktorand an der ETH, der gerne (viel) Fahrrad fährt. Er ist Anfang 30 und spricht fliessend Deutsch und Englisch.
