Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein Zimmer am Limmatplatz ab Mitte Oktober für rund 1-2 Monaten, da ich während der Zeit im Ausland bin.
Das Zimmer ist auch möbliert.
Die 3.5-Zimmerwohnung liegt sehr zentral - 5 mins vom HB und mitten in der Stadt.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit meinem Mitbewohner teilen, der ruhig ist und einmal pro Monat an einem Wochenende in Italien ist.

The 3.5-room apartment is very centrally located—5 minutes from the main train station and right in the city center.
You'll be sharing the apartment with my roommate, who is quiet and spends a weekend in Italy once a month.
