About your room:
The room is furnished with a large bed and sheets, cupboard, desk etc. in a 3-room-flat. Kitchen, bathroom, living room are in common. Available per March 1th, preferably for 6 month. Anastasia is moving out and I'm looking for a nice, female roommate, non-smoking, studying or employed person or weekly resident.

About me:
I am Florian (m/37) from Germany, a competitive athlete with a strong desire for self-employment with joy and fun, from personal training to sports massages. Because of my competitive sport, I travel a lot. I spend quite some time with my girlfriend, at hers, or occasionally she even spends the night in our apartment.
