Cozy Room in a Shared Flat – District 5

We are renting out a cozy room in our 3-person flatshare in the vibrant District 5. The room (_room 1 on the floor plan_) is currently used as an office, but it was previously a bedroom and works perfectly again as one.
Little cool fact about the flat: We do have a nice pool area on the rooftop.

Our flatshare consists of two women, both working professionals with an easygoing lifestyle. We are therefore mainly looking for another female flatmate to take over the last available room.
A pleasant, respectful and friendly living environment is important to us – we enjoy cooking together occasionally, but also value our own space.

District 5 is one of Zurich’s most popular areas – central, urban and full of opportunities. You’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops and excellent public transport connections just around the corner.

Gemütliches WG-Zimmer im Kreis 5

Wir vermieten ein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG im lebendigen Kreis 5. Das Zimmer (_Zimmer 1 auf dem Grundriss_) wird aktuell als Büro genutzt, war früher jedoch ein Schlafzimmer und eignet sich wunderbar wieder als solches.
Kleiner Fakt über die Wohnung: es hat einen Pool auf dem Dach.

Unsere WG besteht aus zwei Frauen, die beide berufstätig und unkompliziert sind. Wir suchen daher primär eine Mitbewohnerin, welche das letzte Zimmer übernehmen möchte.
Uns ist ein angenehmes, respektvolles und freundliches Zusammenleben wichtig – wir kochen gerne mal zusammen, geniessen aber auch unsere Privatsphäre.

Kreis 5 ist einer der beliebtesten Stadtteile Zürichs – zentral, urban und voller Möglichkeiten. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie gute Anbindungen an den ÖV.
