Renting out a room, place is right next to the Sihlhölzli sports facilities. 5 minutes walk to wiedikon train station, large supermarkets within few minutes and 15 min walk to hb.
The apartment is quite old and hasn't been renovated for a while, so bare in mind things are not flawless.

The apartment is ~ 75 sqm on the first/2nd (not ground) floor, has 2 balconies, living room and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. One smaller balcony in the kitchen towards the inner courtyard and a larger one in the room for rent towards the street. I only moved in here ~ 3 months ago and furnishing is still work in progress, open to other ideas:)

The room is rented unfurnished / with whatever is there at the moment, otherwise we just get rid of it. There's a couch which can be extend out as a bed, as well as 2 ikea drawers. The room also has access to the larger balcony with a table & some chairs, would appreicate if I can still use this from time to time:)

I'm Adam, 28 and originally from sweden. Been here for ~ 3 years, working in a startup from ETH. I'm quite active and like to do all kinds of outdoor acitvities, sailing/biking/running in summer, skiing in winter and everything the city has to offer inbetween. This means I typically don't spend very much time at home, while at the same time I more or less cook food every day.

Not looking for a roomate just for economical reasons but rather someone to have fun with, cook together every now and then and so on.
