The flat is located in a lovely quiet and green corner of Wiedikon (Kalkbreite) and offers a cute retreat while remaining conveniently close to the main train station, airport, city center, and Langstrasse.

You'll have a spacious bedroom, ca 18m2. I am applying for my Swiss passport so can’t give up the flat entirely for the next year, but since I'll be spending a couple of weeks a month at my partner's place in Vevey, you'll have the entire flat at your disposal quite often .

Rent covers utilities (CHF120/m), cleaning services (CHF60/m), and recycling pickup (CHF10/m), giving you hassle-free living. If you come without furniture, I have a wardrobe and bed you can use free of charge. Home office is no problem.

I'm 34 and prefer someone close to my own age or above. When in Zurich, you'll find me reading a book in my room or in my pottery studio. I love good quality food, books, baths, and herbs more than wine. Queer people welcome! Plus points if you bring your cat.
