⁠Location:

It's in Kreis 4, just 10 mins on foot to Zürich HB Main Station, and very close to lots of cafés (Café Miro inhouse (😱)), restaurants, bars, grocery shops, the river Limmat etc.

The room is available from July (or possibly a little earlier.) I’m preferably looking for a
weekday commuter (Wochenaufenthalter)
but open to someone full-time too.
