I’m your flatmate (male, 41 years old, IT business owner) and live on the upper floor. In my free time I’m very active, and like to travel. In my free time I go running, cook dinner, meet friends, or sometimes watch TV. I also work from home.
Since I’m location independent I’m also working often from other locations/countries. I live since 12 years in this apartment. It is absolutely great and the location is perfect for all kinds of activities.

If you prefer to find something earlier, I sub-rent my room from now until December. Please ask if it is still available.
