In unserer schönen 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Kreis 3 in Zürich wird nach Vereinbarung ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist vorerst bis Ende Mai verfügbar. Wenn es für beide Seiten passt, ist eine gemeinsame Anschlusslösung gut möglich.

Zu uns:Ich (25, Jus-Studentin) ziehe leider aus der WG aus. In der Wohnung bleibt meine Mitbewohnerin Inès (22), Architekturstudentin. Sie ist kreativ, offen und humorvoll. Sie geht gerne spazieren und ist auch gern an Abenden auswärts mit Freunden, schätzt aber genauso gemütliche Abende zu Hause mit guten Gesprächen.

Ab und zu etwas zusammen unternehmen, zusammen kochen oder einfach zusammensitzen und reden wird sehr geschätzt. Gleichzeitig ist es wichtig, dass jede auch ihren eigenen Raum hat und sich zurückziehen kann.

Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind für uns selbstverständlich, genauso wie ein respektvoller und rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander. Humor darf dabei auf keinen Fall fehlen.

Du passt gut, wenn duunkompliziert, rücksichtsvoll und ordentlich bist, gerne in einer angenehmen, ruhigen, aber lebendigen WG wohnst und sowohl Gemeinschaft als auch Eigenständigkeit schätzt.

A room in our beautiful 3.5-room apartment in District 3, Zurich is available by agreement. The room is available until the end of May for now. If we both feel comfortable, extending the arrangement together is definitely possible.

About us:I (25, law student) will unfortunately be moving out. My flatmate, Inès (22), will stay in the apartment. She studies architecture, is creative, openminded and loves making jokes. She enjoys going for walks and going out with friends, but also appreciates cozy evenings at home with good conversations.

Cooking together, doing something now and then, or simply sitting and being able to have good conversations is important. At the same time, having personal space and the ability to retreat is equally crucial.

Being clean and tidy is non negotionable, as well as being respectful and considerate towards each other. A good sense of humor is essential.
