Wir suchen dich! In einer super zentralen 3er WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m^2 gross und wird teils möbliert übergeben: Bett (inkl Matratze), Regal, und Vorhang. Alles in gutem Zustand. Die ganze Wohnung ist möbliert. Die Bilder mussten aus Zeitgründen leider bei Dunkelheit gemacht werden, ich kann dir gerne weitere Bilder schicken falls benötigt. :-)
Die Wohnung hat ein gemeinsames Wohn-und Esszimmer, eine Küche (inkl Abwaschmaschine, Backofen etc.), ein Bad, ein kleiner Balkon und eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, Bus und Tram direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle alte Schmiede Wiedikon), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Wohnungsübergabe ist auf den 1. März. Deine neue Mitbewohnerin und dein neuer Mitbewohner sind beide zwischen 25 und 30 Jahre alt und aus der Schweiz.

_A room is becoming available in a super central 3 person flatshare. The room is about 12 m^2 and will be handed over partly furnished: bed (including mattress), shelf, and curtain - all in good condition. The entire apartment is furnished. Unfortunately, the photos had to be taken in the dark due to time constraints, but I’m happy to send you more pictures if needed. :-)_
_The apartment has a shared living and dining room, a kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, etc.), a bathroom, a small balcony, and a washing machine inside the apartment. It is very well located - bus and tram are right outside the door (stop Alte Schmiede Wiedikon), and shops are reachable within a 5-minute walk._
_The handover is on March 1st. Your new flatmates are both between 25 and 30 years old and from Switzerland (m and f)._
