Your room is on the morning sun side and is fully furnished.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and drying room are also available for easy shared use (without a fixed washing schedule) in the cellar.
In our courtyard there is the possibility of grilling and there is also a secure bicycle parking space.
Thanks to its central location, the apartment not only impresses with its optimal connection to public transport (airport <25 minutes) but also with various shopping options and a wide range of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

I am Swiss-German woman, in the prime of life and a cosmopolitan at heart. During the week, I work in project management, among other things (currently mostly in the home office). In this respect, I prefer someone who works outside the home. I feel very comfortable in Zurich with the city's cultural offerings. I enjoy listening to classical music, French chansons and dancing to electronic music.
I'm looking for someone who also appreciates that living together is neither a substitute for a family nor a shared flat for convenience. This means for example we occasionally enjoy an after-work drink or cook something together. I appreciate responsible, clean and reliable behavior from my roommate. Meine lichtdurchflutete 3 1/2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon befindet sich im 3. OG (kein Lift;)) Neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler hat es ein schönes und geräumiges Badezimmer, ideal für eine 2er-WG.
Dein Zimmer befindet sich auf der Morgensonnen-Seite und ist voll möbliert.
Waschmaschine, Tumbler sowie Trocknungsraum stehen ebenfalls zur unkomplizierten Mitbenutzung (ohne fixen Waschplan) im Keller zur Verfügung.
Im Innenhof besteht die Möglichkeit zu grillieren und es hat einen gesicherten Fahrrad-Abstellplatz.
Dank ihrer zentralen Lage überzeugt die Wohnung nicht nur durch eine optimale Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Flughafen <25min) sondern auch durch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft.

Ich bin Deutschschweizerin, stehe mitten im Leben und bin im Herzen eine Kosmopolitin. Unter der Woche arbeite ich unter anderem im Projektmanagement (zurzeit mehrheitlich im Home Office). Insofern bevorzuge ich jemanden, der außer Hause arbeitet. Mit dem kulturellen Angebot der Stadt fühle ich mich in Zürich sehr wohl. Ich höre unter anderem gerne klassische Musik, französische Chansons und tanze sehr gerne zur elektronischer Musik.
Ich suche jemanden der es ebenfalls schätzt, dass es beim Zusammenleben weder um einen Familienersatz noch um eine Zweck-WG handelt. Das heißt wir können beispielsweise ab und zu ein Feierabenddrink zusammen geniessen oder gelegentlichen gemeinsam etwas kochen. Ich schätze ein verantwortungsvolles, sauberes sowie zuverlässiges Verhalten meiner MitbewohnerIn. Wenn du Tiere gerne magst, ist dies ein weiterer Vorteil für dich, weil auch noch 2 Katzen hier wohnen. Falls dir ein positiver entspannter Umgang sowie die Achtung der Privatsphäre und den persönlichen Raum des anderen ebenfalls wichtig ist, freue ich mich von dir zu hören (bitte mit einer Beschreibung über dich).
Ps: Da es sich um eine 2er-WG handelt bevorzuge ich eine Frau. Ich kann mir jedoch vorstellen, dass ein Mann je nach Charakter und Background auch in Frage kommt.
