Hey Girls!

Since I move out from our beautiful shared flat we are looking for a new roommate from 02.03.2026 or latest by March 15th. To keep the balance between guys and girls, we are only looking for a GIRL, (sorry Guys!).
Your room is 15 sqm and the window faces the courtyard, making it more quiet for such a central location.
What remains in the room and must be taken over by you for 850 CHF: The white closet, the self-built wall shelf, the bed frame (without mattress), the nightstand, the black shelf, the shelf above the desk and the ceiling lamp.
The room will be available in March. The rent already includes all costs for TV, internet, heating, electricity, water, and our cleaning lady.
We live in a top-equipped shared apartment with a washing machine/dryer, rooftop terrace, grill, etc.


Location

Our location is great! We live right by the train station Enge. From there you have the trams 5,7,8,13, as well as different busses and of course the trains (e.g. 30 min to Zug ). In the train station you will find supermarkets, that are also open on Sundays. Lake Zürich is only a 5-minute walk away. Old town/Paradeplatz 10 minutes by walk. Zürich HB in 9 min with the tram.


WG Life

We are six people living in the WG (3 Girls / 3 Boys), all between 26 and 32 years old and employed. We would like to find someone who is around our age and has a similar setup.

Margherita
is Italian and is responsible for the drinks. Meggy likes to sit together in the evenings, go to a bar, or to the cinema.

Solène
is French, also speaks German, and works a lot. Solene always has an open ear, and her calm demeanor is contagious.

Jannis
is from Germany, loves to cook (he is a great chef) and is always up for a run, riding bikes and to go for a swim.

Jere
from Finland, likes to go to the gym. He is a super relaxed guy with a dry humor.

Bene
, also from Germany, is a skilled (hobby)craftsman and enjoys cross-country skiing.


Who we are looking for

We are looking for a girl who plans to stay longer in the WG, enjoys good company, a tidy environment and who values a healthy WG atmosphere.
