Vermiete ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer 4.5 Zimmer-WG. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer und 2 Wohnbereiche, eine grosse Küche mit Terrasse. Das Zimmer ist 10.8m2 gross und die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. und letzten Stock des Gebäudes. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut angebunden:
- Bushaltestelle nach Zug, Baar, Oberägeri 5 Min. zu Fuss
- Coop, Post und Migros 7 Min. zu Fuss
Ein Parkplatz ist ebenfalls im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Wir suchen ab 1. Januar oder nach Vereinbarung eine neue Person.
In der Wohnung wohnen noch 2 weitere Mädchen, daher wäre eine weitere Frau für uns wünschenswert. Wir arbeiten beide in Zug und Baar, daher würde ein ähnlicher Lebensstil gut passen. Im Wohnbereich ist bei Bedarf Platz für einen Arbeitsplatz/Schreibtisch.

Renting out a cozy room in a shared 4.5 rooms apartment. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 living room areas, big kitchen with a terrace. The room is 10.8mq and the apartment is situated at the 3rd and last floor of the building. The location of the house is very well connected:
- bus stop to Zug, Baar, Oberaegeri 5 min walk
- Coop, Migros, post 7 min walk
Parking space is also included in the rent.
We are looking for someone new from the 1st of January or by agreement.
In the apartment there are 2 other girls living, therefore we'd prefer another female to join us. We are both working in Zug and Baar so a similar lifestyle would be a great fit. There is space in the living area for a working space/desk if needed.
