We share kitchen and WC, so we need some colaboration and respect, since its not personal but shared, for limited use for purpose.
Our room- our rules; our privacy, and only our space. Shared room- house rules.
There is one important rule in house, after 21:00 it should be quite, night time, time for peace and sleeping.
I prefer to get to know future tenant before moving in so introduce yourself as first step.
