The flat is located in Kleinbasel, adjacent to a tramstop and supermarkets. Only 18 minutes to the SBB train station by tram or bicycle. Nearby are also the German and French borders giving opportunities for less expensive (and more exotic) shopping. The Rhine river is a short walk away, ideal for swimming during the summer. The Lange Erle is also situated nearby; a nice place for walking all year round.

Your room would be 12.5m2 (5x2.5) with built-in shelving. It will be unfurnished but the matress could be left upon request.
