I really value personal space, cleanliness, quiet, and open, calm communication. I’m a cellist, and I’ll often be out during the day for classes and rehearsals, so the flat is usually peaceful.

I’m looking for someone who shares similar values when it comes to living together — respectful, considerate, and tidy.
I don’t smoke and would prefer a non-smoking flatmate.

The total monthly cost is around €730 (rent + nebenkosten).

My current flatmate is moving out in 1st of October and will be selling some of her furniture. If you’re interested, you can buy certain items from her at reasonable prices.

The flat is located in the Bümpliz area — just 2 minutes from the tram stop and 3 minutes from large supermarkets like Coop and Migros.
It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Bümpliz Nord train station.
