I’m leaving my lovely double room in a shared apartment and looking for someone to take over my lease. The property is 5 pieces, with three bedrooms (and two other flatmates, a young professional and a PhD student). The room is available from the 1st December 2024. The room price is CHF 1056 and includes water, heating and building expenses. Wifi and electricity are paid separately, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the building basement which is also paid for separately.

The flat has a bright shared living space which is already furnished, with an open kitchen and a balcony. The bedrooms all look out onto green space and trees at the back of the building and are very peaceful. We are on the 3rd floor, with a large elevator, in a quiet apartment building very close to MParc, with Lidl and Coop both a three to five minute walk away. The trams 17 and 15 are super close, and so is the Lancy Pont Rouge train station and the 11 bus.

Please note:
You must be able to supply a full dossier to the regie (3 months payslips, permit, non-poursuite etc)
You must be able to pay three months rent for the deposit. You should be planning to stay in Geneva a while (at least 1 year).
