The building provides a bicycle storage room, and the flat comes with a private cellar. The common areas are furnished, and the new flatmate is expected to take over 50% of the furniture for a reasonable price. The location is quiet and very convenient, right next to the “Ecublens VD, Parc” bus stop. 13 minutes to the EPFL campus by metro 8 minutes by bike 25 minutes on foot 15 minutes walking to Renens train station (5 minutes by bus) 5 minutes walking to the Croset Centre (Coop, Migros, Lidl, Denner)
