*Room Available in a Coloc in the center of Lausanne*

One room will be available in January in a shared apartment of 4 people, ideally suited for PhD students or young workers. The flat is located just below Beaulieu (near the climbing gym and theater), in a very convenient area:
- 5 minutes from a large shopping center (Migros, Coop, pharmacy, etc.)
- 10 minutes (walk or bus) from Chauderon and Vigie
- 15 minutes walk from the Flixbus station
- 15 minutes walk from Lausanne train station
We prioritise PhD students from EPFL/UNIL and young workers to maintain a similar lifestyle and atmosphere in the flat.

The room is around 8.6 m2 (see picture) and available from beginning/middle of January indefinitely.
The rent is CHF 675/month and includes:
• Cleaning service of common spaces every two weeks
• Electricity, water, insurance and WiFi
• Shared essentials (spices, olive oil, toilet paper, etc.)
The room is furnished with a bed, drawers and clothes hanger, included in the price.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a big living-room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom + toilet, 1 kitchen fully furnished with all the equipment.
We are looking for a person who is friendly, clean, respectful, and enjoy a good coloc vibe. Currently living in the coloc are Giuseppe (27) second year PhD at EPFL, Julia (25) working at an environmental NGO and Jonathan (27) second year PhD at EPFL.
