\- We have a room available for rent at Muhledorfstrasse 1, just a 3-minute walk to the nearest train station. From there, it's only a 6-minute ride to the heart of Bern.
\- The apartment is conveniently located within a 7-minute walk to the tram station, with a journey time of approximately 15 minutes to the city center, depending on the ending point.

\- The room is available from July 8th to October 8th, with flexibility for early or late move-ins and move-outs. The rental price is 750 Swiss francs per month, inclusive of all furniture in the apartment. For three months, the only utility bill is around 100 francs for electricity. All other expenses are shared among the roommates for household items and supplies (cleaning products, trash bags, etc.).

First Floor:
\- The room available for rent, equipped with a "Harry Potter" closet.

Second Floor:
\- Two additional bedrooms occupied by roommates.
\- Bathroom with a separate shower area and toilet.
\- Coffee making corner for those who enjoy brewing their perfect cup.
\- Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, designated area for recycling and robot vacuum cleaner.
\- A spacious living room and dining area for shared enjoyment.
\- Access to a large balcony, perfect for summer hangouts and barbecue sessions.


\- Your future roommates include Emma, who is studying and working in the field of International Business Administration, and Mike, who is employed in programming in collaboration with the University of Bern.
\- English is the primary language of communication. Additionally, there are two cats in the apartment, approximately one-year-old, very calm, and fond of attention.
