What I'm looking for :
My flatmate is going back to her homeland so I'm looking for an open-minded, quiet and tidy woman to share my 67m3 flat with. Ideally, I'm looking for someone at least staying for a year and working already.

Who I am :
I'm 32, Parisian and speaks fluently French, English and have a B2 in German. I am calm, tidy and joyful. I love doing sports, cooking and boardgames. I used to eat times to times with my current flatmate, this is something that I quite appreciate but there is no obligation :)

Information regarding the appartment :
The flat is available from July 1st, 2026.
Wonderful location at only 2 stops from Bern Hauptbahhof or 17min walk. There are all commodities available in the surrounding : Coop, Pharmacy, Restaurant, Bakery at less than 5min walk. The neighborhood is really quiet and nice.

We share the entrance hall, bathroom and kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer at the ground floor for the whole building.
The apartment has been renovated 5 years ago and is still really modern and bright.
The bedroom is 20m3 with a lot of lights.
Kitchen has a dish washer, oven and 4 cooktops.
The bathroom has a bathtub.

The furnitures on the pictures are the ones from my current flatmate. She is selling everything for a symbolic price of 800 chf. They are new, used only for less than a year.
