After 4 years living in this nice shared apartment Valentino is moving out, and therefore we are looking for someone who will take over his room. The move-in date is 13th of April.

Your new flatmates will be Karthik (29) and Lukas (27), an electrical engineer and a PhD candidate in mechanical engineering. In their free time they like doing sports (skiing, climbing, padel, etc.). They talk English among each other but can also speak Tamil and German.

The apartment is 131m² in total and has 2 floors (see floor plan for reference): On the bottom floor there are 3 bedrooms, a big bathroom and a small closet. On the top floor there is a large living room, kitchen, guest bathroom and a nice terrace. The available bedroom is 17m². Valentino is looking to leave some furniture (but this can still be discussed): A wardrobe and a bed.

We also have a big cellar in the basement where we store bikes, skis, luggage, etc. There's a parking garage in the basement which can be rented for an additional cost.

The apartment is very well-connected, just a 6-minute walk from Oerlikon station and there are multiple supermarkets, restaurants and leisure options around.

The monthly rent is CHF 1'379 (this includes base rent, Nebenkosten, electricity, internet and Serafe). We have a rent deposit of CHF 11'130, so you will have to contribute a third when moving in (CHF 3'710).
