Das Zimmer ist 20 qm gross und hat ein Fenster, bei deren Seite die Sonne aufgeht. Die Miete beträgt 650CHF. Bern ist per Zug in 10 Minuten von Münchenbuchsee zu erreichen, er fährt jede 15 Minuten ein Zug. Die Wohnung ist 4/5 Zimmer gross
Das Wohnzimmer und der Balkon sind zum Mitbenutzen, WC und Dusche sind separat und sind auch zum Mitbenutzen. Es wird nur an nicht Raucher vermietet und nur wenig Alkohol. Es dürfen gerne auch Studenten sein, es gibt gratis 500 MB/s WLAN, ein Parkplatz kann für 40 CHF gemietet werden
Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt und keine laute Musik, die Ruhezeit ist ab 10 Uhr. Der Waschtag ist jeden Montag von 6 bis 22 Uhr. Es wäre schon ein Schrank mit Schiebetür, ein Tisch und ein Bett das 90x200 gross ist vorhanden, aber wenn man möchte, können die Möbel auch entfernt werden.
Wer Sri Lanka/ Indisches Essen mag, kann mit Essen (Kostet extra) ein Vorteil daran ist, dass
der Mieter 10x im Monat mit Halbpreis ins Hallenbad kommt.
