The apartment is big and bright close to all facilities (Coop, Migros, Lidl) and public transport (Tram 8, 4, bus 72, train etc), bars, restaurante. Kitchen, living area, balcony and utility room are of course available for shared use. Furniture for the common rooms already available. Furniture for the room can be taken over.

Move-in date can be flexible and arranged with the tenants, in the beginning of September 2025.

Heyy! Wir sind Malin (w, CH) und Tom (m, DE), zwei junge Ingenieure (beide 26) die sich gerade auf eine tolle, neue WG freuen! Malin zieht auch erst im August ein, es ist also quasi eine WG-Neugründung. Wir wünschen uns ein Zuhause, in dem man sich wohlfühlt, gemeinsam quatscht, lacht – und trotzdem genug Raum hat, um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Uns verbindet die Begeisterung für Outdoor-Sport: Skifahren, Surfen, Klettern, Wandern, Zelten… yehaa! Vielleicht ergibt sich ja auch mal das eine oder andere gemeinsame Abenteuer? Zumindest mal ab an die schöne Limmat, die ja gerade um die Ecke ist.

We’re Malin (f, CH) and Tom (m, DE) - two young engineers (both 26) excited to start a great new shared flat! Malin is only moving in this August, so this is basically a brand-new WG. We’re hoping to create a home where everyone feels comfortable: chatting, laughing, spending time together – but also having enough space to retreat and do your own thing when needed. In our free time, we enjoy the region's outdoor activities. Both skiing in winter and hiking as well as climbing in summer. Maybe we’ll even go on a few adventures together – or at the very least take a dip in the beautiful Limmat, which is just around the corner.
