Wir sind Michele (32) und Georgie (28) und gründen eine neue WG mitten in der Altstadt von Winterthur. Da wir beide unser Studium abgeschlossen haben, mussten wir unser bisheriges Studentenwohnheim verlassen und suchen nun neue Mitbewohnende für unsere neue WG.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Marktgasse und bietet viel Platz. Sie verfügt über eine grosse moderne Küche, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gross genug, damit jede Person auch ihren eigenen Space hat.

Dein Zimmer hätte xxx m² und die Miete beträgt xxx CHF pro Monat. Nebenkosten und Internet werden unter den Mitbewohnenden aufgeteilt. In der Wohnung gibt es ausserdem einen Waschturm.

Michele arbeitet als Automationsingenieur. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne ins Gym oder spielt Unihockey. Im Sommer ist er oft draussen unterwegs, geht schwimmen oder wandern.

Georgie arbeitet als Inbetriebsetzungsingenieur und ist beruflich öfter im Ausland im Einsatz. In seiner Freizeit macht er viel Sport – Joggen, Schwimmen, Velofahren oder Krafttraining.

Im Alltag unternehmen wir ab und zu etwas gemeinsam – zum Beispiel schwimmen gehen, zusammen kochen oder am Abend ein Bier trinken. Gleichzeitig hat aber jede Person ihren eigenen Rhythmus und es gibt keine fixen WG-Termine. Uns ist wichtig, dass es keine reine Zweck-WG wird, sondern ein angenehmes und entspanntes Zusammenleben.

Wir suchen eine offene und unkomplizierte Person, die gut in eine entspannte WG passt. Ob du studierst oder arbeitest ist für uns nicht entscheidend – wichtig ist, dass du zuverlässig bist und Lust auf ein angenehmes Zusammenwohnen hast.

Flatmates wanted for a new shared apartment in Winterthur Old Town

We are Michele (32) and Georgie (28) and we are starting a new shared apartment in the old town of Winterthur. Since we both recently finished our studies, we had to move out of the student housing where we previously lived. Now we are looking for new flatmates to join our new WG.

The apartment is very centrally located in Marktgasse and offers plenty of space. It has a large modern kitchen, a spacious living room and a balcony. Overall, the apartment is big enough so that everyone can have their own space.

Your room would be 16 m² and the rent is 850 CHF per month. Utilities and internet will be shared among the flatmates. The apartment also has its own washing machine and dryer.

Michele works as an automation engineer. In his free time he likes going to the gym or playing floorball. In summer he also enjoys being outdoors, swimming or hiking.

Georgie works as a commissioning engineer and is often abroad for work. In his free time he enjoys sports such as running, swimming, cycling or strength training.

In everyday life we sometimes do things together – for example going swimming, cooking dinner together or having a beer in the evening. At the same time everyone has their own routine and there are no fixed WG meetings. We don’t want the flat to be just a “functional WG”, but rather a relaxed place where people enjoy living together.

We are looking for an open and easy-going person who would fit well into a relaxed shared flat. Whether you are working or studying doesn’t matter much to us – the most important thing is that you are reliable and enjoy shared living.
