The apartment is located in the lively and well-connected neighbourhood of
Zurich Wiedikon
. It was
fully renovated in 2021
and is modern, cosy, and spacious.


About the apartment

The flat is a
two-storey maisonette
with
two bathrooms
, a
fully equipped kitchen
, and a
large rooftop terrace
(likely less in use during winter, but still a nice feature). The
living room
is directly accessible and offers large and cozy space. There is an additional
small office room
with a working desk which can be used as home office location.
A
bike
is available for use if needed.

parking space in the underground garage
can be rented separately.


About your flatmates

You’ll be sharing the apartment with
J. (male)
and
I. (female)
, both in their mid-30s and working full-time. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and respectful. Cooking together or occasional shared activities are welcome but not expected.
