Unser Zuhause soll ein Ort sein, an dem man sich wohlfühlt, ankommt und erholen kann.

Partys werden daher bewusst ausserhalb der Wohnung gefeiert.

Zur Wohnung:

• das Zimmer wird separat vermietet
• Küche, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt
• die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert
• Bettwäsche, Frotteetücher sind vorhanden
• voll ausgestattete Küche
• gemeinsamer Haushalt in respektvollem Miteinander

Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die:

• sorgfältig und respektvoll mit Möbeln und Einrichtung umgeht
• Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung legt
• offen, freundlich und kommunikativ ist
• Absprachen schätzt, aber auch die Privatsphäre respektiert
• gut mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner auskommt
• Pflanzen mag, gemeinsam achten wir darauf, dass sie gut versorgt, sind
Wir bieten:

• ein schönes, ruhiges Zuhause für mindestens 3 Monate

• Mitbenutzung eines handgeschalteten Autos
Voraussetzungen

(zwingend):
• Festanstellung (mindestens 6 Monate)
• gültiger Führerausweis
• Haftpflichtversicherung
• Versicherung für das Fahren fremder Fahrzeuge (meist in der Haftpflichtversicherung enthalten)
Falls diese Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllt sind, können wir das Zimmer leider nicht vergeben.

Kosten:

• Miete: CHF 1’030.– pro Monat
• exkl. Haushaltskosten, Strom und Auto

Our home is a place meant for rest, balance, and feeling at ease. For this reason, parties are kindly celebrated outside the apartment.

About the apartment

• the room is rented individually
• kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared
• the apartment is fully furnished
• bed linen and towels are provided
• a fully equipped kitchen is available
• shared household based on mutual respect
Living together

We are looking for someone who:

• treats the furniture and apartment with care and respect
• values cleanliness and responsibility
• is open, friendly, and communicative
• appreciates clear agreements while also respecting personal privacy
• gets along well with my kind and easy-going flatmate
• enjoys plants and is happy to take care of them together with the flatmate
What we offer

• a beautiful and calm home for at least 3 months
• option to extend
• central location
• use of a manual transmission car
Requirements (mandatory)

• permanent employment (minimum of 6 months)
• valid driving licence
• personal liability insurance
• insurance covering the use of third-party vehicles (usually included in liability insurance)
If these requirements cannot be met, unfortunately we cannot consider you for the room.

Costs

• Rent: CHF 1,030.– per month
• excluding household expenses, electricity, and car usage
