We are looking for a new flatmate to move into the largest room in our beautiful shared apartment, available immediately or by April 1st.

The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, dresser, closet, clothing rack, and built-in shelves, offering plenty of storage space. The room is very bright with large windows and features beautiful, intricate ceilings that give the space lots of character.

The flat itself is spacious and well-equipped. We have a large kitchen with a dining table, perfect for cooking and sharing meals, as well as a comfortable living room with a sofa. The apartment also includes a shared bathroom with two sinks and a shower/bathtub, a separate toilet, a private washing machine, a dishwasher, and a basement for additional storage.

💰 Rent: 1107 CHF/month
⚡ Electricity: approx. 30 CHF every two months

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, and easygoing to join the flat. You will share the flat with two male flatmates, Antonio and Pietro (25y and 27y respectively).
