The flat is 3.5 rooms, the room is fully furnished, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The rent includes electricity, water, and heating (internet is not included). A one-month rent deposit is required.

Important information:
Our current flat will be demolished after 31.05.2026. After that, we will move to a new apartment located at Bergacker 17 (8046 Zürich).

I’m a quiet and easygoing person who enjoys traveling, reading, going to the gym, and meditation. I appreciate a calm and respectful shared living environment.

About you:
Preferably a student, PhD candidate, or postdoc. I’m ideally looking for someone who is tidy, clean, non-smoking, without pets, and has a quiet and considerate lifestyle.
