Room for rent.
The House have 2 bedrooms (you gonna rent one of them), one living room (use as bedroom), one WC and one kitcken. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building for everyone's use, as well as a space to dry clothes.

The house has all the necessary utensils; you only need to bring your belongings.

The house is shared with the landlord's son (a young man) and the landlord, who sometimes stays there one or two days a week, and another person that lives in the living room.

A security deposit of 2000 CHF is required upon signing the rental contract and providing your identification document.

Water and electricity are included in the rent.

Internet is sometimes available but is very slow (landlord's hotspot).

You must notify the landlord 2 months in advance if you wish to leave, but you can leave earlier if you find someone else to replace you during that period.
