Maurice and I (Prajish), both 29 male, are looking for a new flatmate.

The apartment is located at Seefeld, just 5 mins walk to Chinagarten. The nearest tram stop (Hoeschgasse), Migros and Coop are all here, with just less than a minute of walking. Zurich HB is ~15 min away and Stadelhofen is ~5 min away by public transport. The neighborhood is quite lively, but also becomes sufficiently quiet by night.

Your room will be 11.7 sq meters, and you have the option of inheriting the bed (140 x 210 cm, just let us know if you want that or not in your message). The total space of the apartment is a little over a 100 sq meters, so the common area (living room and kitchen) is very spacious and bright during the day. We also have a good balcony space - if you're someone who's good with plants that's a bonus! :) Apart from this, there's a room for parking bikes, sufficient cellar space, common laundry area and car parking (available on request).

About us - we're both working in robotics, very easy-going and chill. Maurice loves that we're by the lake and you'll often find him with a SUP or a volleyball there. I'm usually around, going for badminton and hitting the gym occasionally. We both love to cook when we're home, and head to the mountains on weekends in winter for skiing/snowboarding.

We're looking for someone around the same age with similar spirit. We'd prefer working professionals who's looking to stay for long. We're expecting someone who prefers to keep the house tidy and prefers open, clear communication. You're welcome to invite or host your friends over any time! :D
