Description

I am looking for a roommate for a nice, modern apartment in Zurich Kreis 11, from 1st of October on.

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2017 and has the following features:
\- Robot vacuum cleaner and mop
\- Modern 65 inch TV
\- All living rooms with parquet floor
\- Modern, open kitchen
\- Glass ceramic hob
\- Built-in wardrobe in the corridor
\- 2 sunny balconies
\- Cellar compartment in the basement
\- Own washing tower in the basement

I am subletting a room with ca. 15 square meters. The room is rented without furniture, but there may be a possibility to keep the furniture from the previous tenant for a fee.

The shared rooms of the apartment are fully equipped with furniture, dishes, TV, etc.

There are two Ragdoll cats living in the apartment. They love playing and hanging out with people.


Location

In only five minutes, you can reach the train station Seebach, from where you have the best connections to Zurich Airport and Zurich main station.
\- Zurich main station: 20 min (by car of mix of bike and train) or 25 min (public transport only)
\- Seebach train station: 2-5 min
\- Shopping facilities, such as a Migros: 2-5 min


About me

I am 33, Swiss, male, and work as a Consultant in Zurich. I have an apartment that I would like to share. I have lived in flat shares for more than 7 years already (mainly while studying) and really enjoy this way of living. In my free time, I like going to the gym, trying out new bars, traveling with my partner, or just watching Netflix.


What I am looking for

I am looking for an easy-going and clean person to move in in October. Ideally, you are ca. 20-30 years old and male.

Please don’t apply if more than 1 person would move in or if you only plan to stay for a few months.


Financials

Additional costs (included in the rent) cover heating, warm water, and operating costs as per the rental contract.

Further cost items, such as internet, Serafe (Swiss tax for TV and radio), and potential weekly cleaning service (if used) are not included.

If required and available, a parking space can be rented for CHF 130.00 per month.
